  1. Write out your full date of birth as numbers, for example 14 / 02 / 1990.
  2. Reduce the month to a single digit: February is the 2nd month, so the month is 2.
  3. Reduce the day the same way: 14 becomes 1 + 4 = 5.
  4. Reduce the year: 1990 becomes 1 + 9 + 9 + 0 = 19, then 1 + 9 = 10, then 1 + 0 = 1.
  5. Add the three reduced numbers: 2 + 5 + 1 = 8. Your Life Path is 8.
