These terms govern your use of The Meaning of Numbers. The most important part in plain words: our readings are for personal insight, reflection and entertainment. They are not advice, not fortune-telling, and make no promises about your future, health, money or relationships.
1. Agreement to these terms
The Meaning of Numbers is operated by The Meaning of Numbers(“we”, “us”). By using https://themeaningofnumbers.com or buying a reading, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Who can use the service
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. By using the service you confirm that you are.
3. What the service is
We calculate numbers from the name and birth date you provide using a numerological method, and an AI model writes an interpretive reading based on them. We also publish free angel-number meaning guides. The service is open to all and is not tied to any religion.
4. For reflection only - not advice
Numerology is an ancient interpretive tradition, not a science. Readings are provided for personal insight, reflection and entertainment, and are non-deterministic - they describe themes and possibilities, never certainties. Nothing on the service is professional advice and you should not rely on it as such. In particular, our content is not a substitute for qualified medical, mental-health, legal, financial or relationship advice, and we make no guarantee about any outcome. Always seek a suitable professional for decisions that matter. You are responsible for the choices you make.
5. AI-generated content
Readings are generated by an AI model and will vary between requests. They may occasionally contain inaccuracies or repetition. We do our best to keep readings positive, respectful and appropriate, but we cannot guarantee that AI output is error-free, and it should be read in the spirit of reflection described above.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for anything unlawful, harmful, or abusive.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
- Do not submit another person’s details without a lawful basis to do so.
- Do not resell or commercially redistribute readings without our written permission.
7. Purchases, prices and taxes
A one-time personal reading is $19. Prices are shown at checkout in the listed currency and may change over time; the price shown when you buy is the price that applies. Payment is handled by Stripe. Where required, applicable taxes such as VAT are calculated and added at checkout. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
8. Subscriptions
Subscription plans, such as Your Personal Month ($9 / month or $69 / year), renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, until you cancel. We will make the price and billing frequency clear before you subscribe. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period so you keep access until then. To cancel, follow the link in your confirmation email or contact support@themeaningofnumbers.com. See the Refund Policy for how charges are handled.
9. Intellectual property
The service, including its design, text, code and brand, belongs to us and is protected by law. When you buy a reading, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use that reading for your own personal, non-commercial reflection. You keep ownership of the name and birth date you provide, and you grant us the licence needed to process them to create and deliver your reading.
10. Third-party services
We rely on third parties such as Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting and AI gateway) and an AI model provider. Your use of the service is also subject to their terms where relevant. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any reading will meet your expectations.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any decision you make based on a reading. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and these terms do not affect any mandatory statutory rights you have as a consumer.
13. Indemnity
You agree to cover reasonable losses we suffer arising from your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and disputes will be handled by the courts there, except where your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will revise the “last updated” date above, and continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
