This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. In short: we ask only for the name and birth date needed to read your numbers, payments are handled by Stripe so we never see your card details, and we never sell your personal data.
Who we are

What we collect
Information you give us
- Your name and birth date (and, for a compatibility reading, a second name and birth date). These are used to calculate your numbers and generate your reading.
- Your email address, collected by Stripe at checkout so we can send your receipt and deliver your reading.
- Messages you send us when you contact support.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number is entered on Stripe’s secure checkout and is never sent to or stored by us. We receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded and limited details such as the last four digits and your billing country.
Information collected automatically
- Basic technical and log data such as IP address, browser type, and the pages you view, used to keep the service secure and reliable.
- Where enabled, privacy-respecting analytics that help us understand which pages are useful. We aim to use aggregate, non-identifying measurement wherever possible.
- A light preference saved in your browser’s local storage to remember your light/dark theme and, for convenience, to prefill the form you last used. This stays on your device and is not sent to us unless you request a reading.
How we use your information
- To calculate your numbers and generate, deliver and support your reading.
- To process your payment and prevent fraud or abuse.
- To respond to your questions and requests.
- To operate, secure and improve the service.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
How your reading is generated by AI
To write your personalised reading, the name, birth date and the numbers we calculate from them are sent to a third-party AI model provider through the Vercel AI Gateway. We use this gateway to route the request and we select providers that do not retain or train on the content of your request where that option is available. The reading is interpretive text created for reflection; it is not a profile that determines anything about you.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the service, under contracts that limit their use of it:
- Stripe - payment processing.
- Vercel - hosting and the AI Gateway used to generate readings.
- The AI model provider reached through that gateway - generating the reading text.
- Analytics provider (where enabled) - aggregate usage measurement.
We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights, users and the public.
Keeping and deleting your information
When you buy a reading we keep a record of the order and the reading we generated so we can deliver it, provide support, and satisfy our tax and accounting duties (typically up to the period required by law). You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to those legal obligations. Free angel-number pages and calculators do not require an account and store nothing about you on our servers.
International transfers
Some of our providers are based in the United States and other countries. Where your information is transferred internationally, we rely on the safeguards offered by those providers (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. If you are in the EU or UK you have these rights under the GDPR; if you are in California you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. Children
The service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to let you know.
