Refund & Cancellation Policy

Readings are personalised digital content, created for you on demand and delivered instantly - so all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for a change of mind. The two things we will always make right are a reading that fails to deliver and a charge made in error. You can also cancel any subscription at any time, in a couple of clicks.
One-time readings
A personal reading ($19) is custom digital content, generated for you the moment you buy and delivered immediately. Because it is created and delivered right away, it is non-refundable once generated and we do not offer refunds for a change of mind - the same as a personalised digital product. The exceptions below are about things going wrong on our side.
If something goes wrong, we make it right
If your reading fails to generate, does not deliver, is incomplete, or you were charged more than once, contact us at support@themeaningofnumbers.com and we will regenerate it or refund that charge in full. That is on us, not you.

Because each reading is generated uniquely for you and cannot be refunded for a change of mind, every calculator shows your number and a free preview first - so you always know what to expect before you pay. If anything is unclear before you buy, email us and we will help.
Your statutory rights
Where the law gives you a cooling-off or withdrawal right (for example the 14-day right for consumers in the EU and UK), please note that this right can be lost for digital content once delivery has begun with your consent. By buying a reading and asking for it to be generated immediately, you agree to that immediate delivery and acknowledge you may lose the automatic withdrawal right for that reading. This does not affect any other rights you have if the content is faulty or not as described.
Subscriptions
Subscription plans such as Your Personal Month ($9 / month or $69 / year) renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the price and frequency shown when you subscribe, until you cancel.
Cancel any time, in a couple of clicks
You can cancel whenever you like - there is no phone call, no retention maze, and no penalty. Use the manage or cancel link in your confirmation email, or email support@themeaningofnumbers.com and we will cancel for you. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep access until the period you have already paid for ends.
Subscription charges
We do not refund a billing period that has already begun. The exceptions are the same as above: if you were charged after cancelling or charged in error, contact us and we will refund that charge in full.
No tricks
We will always show the price, the billing frequency, and that a plan renews before you pay. We do not use fake countdowns, hidden charges, or hard-to-find cancellation. You should never feel pressured or trapped, and if our process is ever unclear, tell us and we will fix it.
How to cancel or report a problem
Email support@themeaningofnumbers.com from the address you used at checkout, and include the date of purchase and, if you have it, your order or receipt reference. We aim to reply within a few business days. Where a refund is due under this policy (a failed delivery or a charge in error), it is returned to your original payment method through Stripe.
This policy sits alongside our Terms of Service and does not limit any mandatory statutory rights you have as a consumer.
